The acquisition of Insight Environmental adds to AMCS’ growing presence & reputation in the North American market. The software and solutions developed by Insight will compliment those from AMCS and will now open up further opportunities to access the growing demand from businesses and public services who want to drive greater efficiency from recycling & waste collection services.
Following the successful completion of the first ever municipal Pay as you Throw collection scheme in the US, AMCS now intends to extend this concept to more municipalities across the whole region. The additional technological expertise and sound knowledge of the North American market gained following this acquisition will position AMCS well for continued growth.
