The awards, sponsored by voltage optimisation experts powerPerfector and environmental consultants NQA, celebrate the best of the past 12 months of sustainable business.
Among the winners there was individual recognition for Marks and Spencer’s head of Plan A, Richard Gillies, as he won the edie user-voted Outstanding Contribution to Sustainability (individual) award.
Mr Gillies follows in the illustrious footsteps of Al Gore, Green MP Caroline Lucas and film director and 10:10 campaigner Franny Armstrong.
edie’s users also chose the Carbon Trust as their Outstanding Contribution to Sustainability (Corporate) winner with chief executive, Tom Delay, personally collecting the trophy.A full list of winners is below:
