Geoscience Ireland (GI) is a consortium of 19 companies providing services in geology, geotechnical engineering, hydrogeology, water and environmental services and capacity building across a range of sectors including infrastructure development, mineral exploration and mining. Between them, GI members employ over 1,100 persons with a turnover of c. €150 million.
GI, supported by the Geological Survey of Ireland and Enterprise Ireland, now seeks to expand its capacity by creating a Panel of Individual International Experts, capable of supporting and assisting member companies in tendering and delivering projects internationally.
Candidates should be members of a recognised professional institution and have international experience in the delivery of either infrastructural, minerals or energy projects. The Panel will comprise persons with experience in technical, scientific, financial, legal and training roles. Professional Indemnity insurance, while desirable, is not essential.
Please send a CV, by email or hard copy, to the undersigned on or before 30th November 2013, using the attached World Bank template.
