Certification Europe announced its 3 autumn energy training events

Certification Europe announced its 3 autumn energy training events earlier this week, each individually catered to help energy management professionals develop their skills and make a positive difference in their work place.

On October the 21st Certification Europe are holding their ISO 50001 energy management implementation training course. This two day course, held in conjunction with Engineers Ireland, is perfect for those looking to explore this international best practise energy management standard. Delegates will gain the knowledge to implement an ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems by participating in case studies, group and individual exercises. This course is approved by Engineers Ireland for continuous professional development and candidates will be given a certificate of completion from Certificate Europe. Full refreshments and meals will be available on the Engineers Ireland site on Clyde road in Dublin and the cost is €697 per delegate.

On the 2nd of September, Certification Europe, in partnership with EVO and the Association of Energy Engineers will be holding a three day Certified Measurement and Verification Professional Training Course. This advanced technical training programme was originally developed in the 1990s in response to rising energy costs and spiralling energy usage. Today, the EVO-owned International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) is the leading international measurement and verification standard. Attendees who meet specific education and professional experience requirements can sit the exam to achieve the title of Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP). EVO offers worldwide the Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) designation. This course will be held in Castleknock Hotel and Country club and will cost €1750 including exam or €1650 for EVO subscribers.

Finally on the 17th of November Certification Europe brings an innovative new energy training programme to the Irish market, CEA incorporating ISO 50001 Development and Audit Training Course. Designed with feedback from their previous course’s delegates, this training scheme aims to address the needs of modern business. By incorporating a Certified Energy Audit (CEA) professional qualification with their bespoke ISO 50001 energy management lead auditor course, the organisers aim to arm energy management professionals with the complete tool kit to reduce energy use in their own organisation. Completion of this four day course, as well as passing the final exam, will grant delegates the CEA professional qualification. This course will cost €1650 and will also be held in Castleknock Hotel and Country club.
