UCD spinout OxyMem named in top 100 cleantech companies

University College Dublin spinout OxyMem has been named in the Global Cleantech 100.

OxyMem is the only Irish company to make the list which represents the most innovative and promising ideas in cleantech.

More than 6,000 companies from 60 countries were nominated for inclusion in the list, announced this week in San Francisco. The companies were then weighted and scored and 323 short-listed nominees were reviewed by Cleantech Group’s expert panel, resulting in a final list of 100 companies from 17 countries.

OxyMem was co-founded in 2013 by Prof Eoin Casey and Dr Eoin Syron as a spinout from UCD’s school of chemical and bioprocess engineering.
