Aon’s Dublin office recognised for excellence in sustainability and workplace design

LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications highlight progress achieved in developing a sustainable workplace that promotes employee wellbeing

Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced that its office at Fifteen George’s Quay in Dublin has been awarded the LEED Platinum certification, the highest standard in green building and sustainability, and WELL Platinum, the highest-level standard in people health and wellbeing.

These awards represent the highest international certifications for sustainability and workplace wellbeing. The LEED Platinum Certification exemplifies Aon’s leadership in creating sustainable workplaces that support the firm’s net zero emissions goals. The fully electric building delivers world-leading operational efficiencies on energy consumption and provides best-in-class end-of-journey facilities, which encourage more sustainable travel among colleagues.

The WELL Platinum certification demonstrates Aon’s commitment to creating a collaborative and flexible workspace with colleague wellbeing at its core. The building’s innovative design prioritises the health and wellness of colleagues, with a range of employee-focused facilities including landscaped roof terraces and on-site cafes. The office has also been recognised with the WELL Equity certification, which acknowledges inclusive and accessible design policies implemented throughout the office, from custom collaboration zones to break-out spaces and innovative meeting rooms.

These latest certifications follow Aon’s inclusion on LinkedIn’s Top Companies in Ireland for 2025. The ranking highlights Aon as a leading employer for career growth, supported by its smart working model, flexible work options and initiatives that help colleagues develop and realise their full potential.

Greg Case, president and CEO of Aon, said: “Aon’s Dublin office sets a new standard for our global operations in both sustainability and workplace wellbeing.
